Our standard shipping method is free and will arrive within 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Eleven o'Three Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us to initiate the process. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
